Garlic Dip (Toum)

This dip is the best side for shawarma or really any sandwich.


 

Ingredients:


3 Garlic cloves

2 eggs

1 cup vegitable Oil

1/2 tsp Salt ( or to taste)

1/4 tsp citric acid



 

Directions:

1. In a blender add the garlic, salt and eggs blend for 1-2 minutes until well blended.

2. With the blender on low, add the oil slowly and continuously through a fine pour line until it reaches a thick consistency.

3. Add the citric acid then mix for an additional 2-5 minutes.
